Coaxial Device's Unique U-Shaped Design Allows Direct Connection of Two "F" Connectors

 to PCBs Without Additional Cables or Connectors

 Ledgewood, NJ, March 18, 2011...Announced today by Bomar Interconnect Products, Inc., a premier manufacturer and designer of quality connectors and accessories for RF, video and broadcast transmission, is addition of the coaxial "F" U Connector to Bomar's proprietary Eliminator™ Series.  The new parts are provided with two "F" push-on male connectors in a U-shaped configuration, and are engineered to eliminate costly cable assemblies in board-to-board applications, or to eliminate panel jumpers to the same panel. Designed for applications where equally spaced rows of female "F" connectors need be jumpered horizontally or vertically (i.e., "F'd" vertically or horizontally), the connector/adapter is a true 75-ohm device that boasts excellent return loss and insertion/withdrawal characteristics along with superior RF performance. 

Most commonly employed by integrators and OEMs requiring a fast and reliable means to jumper multiple "F" panel females in video applications. For customers whose applications demand the direct connection of four. "F" connectors, Bomar will be releasing the "F" U2 connector in Q3 2011.  

Offered with Teflon insulators, the coaxial adapter is manufactured of precision-machined brass, and boasts gold-plated contacts to ensure continuous reliability with low VSWR.  Part's operating temperature range is  -40 degrees C to +65 degrees C.  Bomar's "F" U Connector may be ordered in custom-spaced center-lengths, and is available screen printed with customers' name and/or logo, or the name of anyone deserving of an "F" U, at additional cost.  Parts are optionally available gift wrapped with a personalized card.
